Keeping Parents Involved

When they do it's much more likely that siblings and following generations will apply.

Schools have to manage the communications and relationship with parents as much as they do with students. Parents want to be involved, they want to know what's happening on campus and when they do it's much more likely that siblings and following generations will apply.

QuadLyfe plays a critical role in helping your school connect with parents through the relationship life cycle:

  • During the admissions process parents can access important financial aid information and get a glimpse of what life on campus is like.
  • On a first visit to campus, parents can get a customized tour and document their visit with photos that are shared instantly with other parents, family and friends.
  • Once students are enrolled, parents can keep abreast of campus life with access to the same news, events, information, announcements, and resources that students are.
  • Even after graduation, QuadLyfe can remain an important link with the school and parents to help support charitable giving and fundraising efforts.

Optional Orientation Module

QuadLyfe's optional "Orientation Module" gives parents and students a guided tour of campus during that all-important first weekend on campus. The information and its presentation allow the new students to quickly begin enjoying campus life. It provides agendas, point-of-interest, photo sharing opportunities for friends and family back home and makes sure the first experience on campus is one that leaves parents confident.
